Zoning Board of Adjustments

There is hereby created a Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA), also hereafter referred to as the "Board of Adjustments", for the purpose, in appropriate cases and subject to appropriate conditions and safeguards, to make special exceptions to the terms of this Ordinance that are consistent with the general purpose and intent of this Ordinance. The Board of Adjustments shall be composed of members who are resident citizens, taxpayers, and qualified voters of the City fo Burkburnett.
