PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITY OF BURKBURNETT, TEXAS
The City of Burkburnett, Texas, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Information Technology (IT) Managed Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a single organization to provide comprehensive IT services including helpdesk support, network monitoring, cybersecurity, server and workstation management, and related technology services. The selected vendor will begin services on January 1, 2026, for a one-year term, with the possibility of annual renewals up to five years.

- Answers Provided: September 19, 2025
- Proposals Due: October 1, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. CST
- City Council Award (anticipated): October 20, 2025

Reservation of Rights
The City of Burkburnett reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, and accept the proposal determined to provide the best value to the City in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code.
