Professional Planning & Grant Management Services - Request for Proposal (RFP)
NOTICE
The City of Burkburnett, Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning and grant management services to support the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Resilient Communities Program (RCP) under CDBG-MIT. Selection will be qualifications-based and not on price alone, consistent with Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 (Professional Services Procurement Act) and the City’s RFP. Proposers must meet applicable federal and state requirements contained in the City’s RFP.
RFP Issue / Acceptance Window: Tuesday, September 23, 2025 through Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM (CDT). Late proposals will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted via email no later than three (3) business days before the deadline.
Submission Instructions: One (1) PDF copy of the proposal should be submitted by email to dburkybile@burkburnett.org with the subject line “RFP – GLO RCP Planning & Management Services.” If submitting a hard copy, mail or deliver to:
