Base Rate of $13.34 + $2.26 per 1000 gallons X Average Water Consumption (using Dec, Jan, & Feb consumption)

New Customer:

$26.31 (minimum charge, until water consumption average is established)

Commercial:

Base rate of $13.34 + $2.57 per 1000 gallons  X Monthly Water Consumption
